We are Plymouth residents dedicated to protecting and preserving the rights of Plymouth residents to access their Plymouth Long Beach by ORV and other means while supporting conservation and reasonable protection of wildlife. We believe that both Plymouth’s Long Beach wildlife and Plymouth families can coexist in a harmonious and mutually beneficial way.
Various frivolous legal actions by various environmental groups have cost Plymouth over $200,000 in legal, Town personnel and enforcement expenses while contributing nothing to the preservation of plovers. These various foundations are continuing their legal battle against Plymouth families.
If you enjoy Plymouth Long Beach, help us defend everyone's rights to enjoy it under reasonable rules. Even if you don't enjoy the beach, your tax dollars pay for harassing lawsuits from various special interests to keep the beach open. If the special interests prevail, our town will be compelled to provide services while these extremists exclude Town residents from enjoying what we all pay for. We need volunteers to help spread the word and fight against this injustice.
